Pre-IPO investments mean investing in private firms several months or years prior to their listing. We select the world's most promising companies which have basically set the groundwork for becoming publicly-traded within the next 1-3 years.
Companies of interest may be larger than many publicly-traded ones and come with valuations of over $1 Billion. Until now such pre-IPO investments have only been accessible only to major investors, with entry thresholds from $10 Million. We at The ECI Group make pre-IPO investing possible for our accredited investors by offering low entry thresholds.
Our Approach
While The ECI Group has access to 100 or more OTC opportunities at any given time, we only bring the opportunities that we believe to be the best for our investors. We look at a long list of factors to determine the risks and upsides of each opportunity while forecasting the most probable outcomes that might occur in the coming months and years.
In addition, to our vetting process, we look at many different avenues to acquire shares to ensure we are getting the best price possible thus allowing us to provide the shares at a more reasonable cost to investors.

Aman invests in a wide array of investments ranging from real estate and fairly traditional value stocks to more esoteric investments like venture opportunities and liquidations. He also has an extensive background in accounting and internal control design and implementation, cash management, market planning and segmentation, development timelines, business intelligence solutions, and analytics. He believes that patience, independent thinking, and a long-term outlook are essential to achieving good returns. He seeks to purchase companies whose prospects include high barriers to entry, sustainable competitive advantages, and predictable fundamentals that allow for marginal earnings growth. Aman attended Vanderbilt University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering and graduated with high honors.

Manny comes to The ECI Group with 15+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, and marketing functions at various Fortune 500 companies. He also brings investment experience in traditional securities and venture opportunities in private companies. Utilizing his negotiations experience and extensive network at publicly traded global companies, Manny has crafted a niche in networking with leading venture capital firms to bring forward the best opportunities for our investors. He holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt which leads him to believe that perseverance and diligent execution will lead to long-term growth. Manny attended the University of Florida, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.

Mehul "Mike" Patel
Mike has a versatile background including various business ownerships, management/consulting, and high level corporate (Mgr. IT/Application Security) position in the media industry (Fortune 100). Mike studied at the University of Tennessee where he majored in Actuarial Science (Statistics/Analysis) and Computer Science (Information Systems). He also acquired his MBA from the University of Tennessee's Accredited School of Business. Mike holds certifications in project management (PMP), cybersecurity, and privileged identity (PIM/PAM). He also has a very diversified portfolio of investments. Including over 20 years of experience investing in commercial businesses and properties, residential rental properties, Angel/Private investing and trading securities.

Vipul comes to The ECI Group with 20+ years of experience in Financial Services in Commercial and Residential Real Estate, Distressed Assets, Financial and Capital Markets, Risk, Investing and Trading Securities. He is a graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Finance and an MBA from Kennesaw State University.

Georgia oversees all investor relations with a focus on business communications, IT functions, and investor support. She also supports The ECI Group’s team with items such as platform and website maintenance, deal development and financial analyses, reporting, special projects, and communications. Georgia brings 9 years of hospitality and analytics experience to The ECI Group. Throughout her career, she has held various titles within the Analytics & IT, Communications and Operation spaces, and has been featured in various publications for her expertise in the field of business intelligence platforms and business analytics for the hospitality industry. Georgia attended Kennesaw State University where she earned a degree in legal studies and graduated with high honors. She is also a NALA certified paralegal and member of the Georgia Association of Paralegals.
